Terms of Service
If visual references are not available, the piece must be completed in an art stream and you must be present during the work. If you do not have a reference and cannot attend, you must agree to a surcharge for excessive changes after the initial preview and ANY extra changes beyond the first update.
For ink and color work, I'll draw a sketch, then send a watermarked copy to you for feedback. All changes must be requested at this point. For color works I can also send a watermarked inked version to confirm everything is okay, but not until after payment.
I will contact you via the method you chose. If getting an ink or color work, payment will be required before receiving the final piece. For sketch-only work, payment must be received before you will be given the work.
Payment will be invoiced to the email you provide after the sketch is completed.
When the piece is completed and paid for, you will be supplied the full resolution file in PNG or JPG (100% Quality) format.
If a character has any of the following it may be subject to a surcharge:
Snake appendages or snake hair
Extra limbs, genitals, or breasts
Complicated markings or patterns
Other complexities requiring extra work
You must own the rights to any characters you use, or have explicit permission to use them.
You must be 18 years of age or older, and for adult work you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to commission and possess such work.
Rights - Yours and Mine
I reserve the right to reject any offers for any reason.
I reserve all rights to any works I create. You retain the rights to your characters.
You are granted the non-exclusive right to post a copy to any gallery, website, or forum under your own account as long as you correctly attribute the work to me and do not profit from it.
The right to use or post for commercial gain, rights to create derivative works (e.g. edit a piece), and other rights that may come with full ownership must be negotiated when commissioning the work. These rights are not automatically granted.
